Please Save the Date(s) because this year is going to be very busy. In addition to three WOCCR events there are a number of other organizations who are planning events: retreats; Life in the Spirit seminars; and mini conferences.
Theme: A CALL TO HOLINESS. This is our theme throughout the summer. We are offering: a Day of Renewal; an Areawide Prayer meeting; and a Healing Mass. Fr. Theo Lange will be our presenter for the Day of Renewal. He will be talking about Parish Evangelization of youth and young adults, Parish Renewal, and Spiritual Warfare. How can we make our parishes more vibrant, active, and encourage our youth. Fr Chuck Wood will be our moderator. We invite you to attend one or all of these sessions.

This newsletter provides news and reminders of upcoming Summer events that will help you grow in faith and in the spirit. They include Healing Masses, a seminar on Healing and information on the 51st Annual Catholic Summer Institute.
Updates -- April 2025 provides new information on opportunities for you to refresh your spiritual life. These opportunities include a significant Day of Renewal where participants will look in depth at the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives and how the Spirit is leading us to Jesus Christ. Other opportunities include: a "Living a Life in the Spirit" Retreat; two Healing Masses; and a Catholic Institute Retreat.

Well, another year has passed. This Fall Summary newsletter provides a review of Fall activities including: Dr. Healy’s retreat in Bend, OR on September 21, 2024; the Healing Mass with WOCCR and the Shalom World Conference team on October 18th; and a very interesting presentation on deliverance by Fr. Timothy Furlow and Dr. Lynne Bissonnette-Pitre, on November 9th.
This events update newsletter has information on: Dr. Healy's retreat in Bend, OR on September 21, 2024 and a special presentation by Ann and Jim Delong on the theme: "Freedom through Forgiveness" in Myrtle Beach, OR on September 28, 2024.
Dr. Mary Healy will conduct an all-day (8 am – 4 pm) retreat at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2450 NE 27th St, Bend, OR 97701. The theme is: "Encountering Jesus: A Call to Holiness, Healing, and Mission". Dr. Healy is a Catholic theologian and an international speaker. She teaches sacred scripture at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Michigan. Her main interests include faith healing, evangelization, and Catholic spirituality. Dr. Healy was one of the first women appointed by Pope Francis in 2014 to the Pontifical Biblical Commission.
