Fr. Dave Pivonka

We are pleased to announce that Fr. Dave Pivonka has been just been elected to serve as the President of Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio.

We are also very pleased to announce that in spite of his appointment to this major, new position for him, it has NOT affected our Day of Renewal with Fr. Pivonka on June 1, 2019.

If you have not registered, you may do so at the door from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. this Saturday, or whenever you get there.  Please bring a lunch with you.

Registration Information:

There will be a registration fee for this presentation.  Lunch will be provided and is included in the advance registration fee.  There will be non-gluten sandwiches available for those who indicate that need on their registration form.  The caterers’ do have a deadline for lunch orders, so you may want to register early.

Biography:

Fr. Dave Pivonka, TOR, is a nationally known author and speaker. He also leads pilgrimages to some of the holiest sites in the world. He spends much of his time helping others come to know God’s love for them through preaching, writing, CDs, and other spiritual outreaches. Father Dave’s books include Spiritual Freedom: God’s Life Changing Gift, Hiking the Camino: 500 Miles with Jesus, and Encounter Jesus: From Discovery to Discipleship.

In the Fall of 2015, Fr. Dave released a new book: “Breath of God – Living a Life led by the Holy Spirit.” Fr. Dave has held several ministry positions at Franciscan University of Steubenville and is actively involved in the highly successful summer conferences program. Father is a member of the Sacred Heart Province of Franciscan Friars of the Third Order Regular. He is presently the director of Franciscan Pathways, an evangelistic outreach of his Franciscan Community.
