Day of Renewal
WOCCR invites you to a Day of Renewal at Our Lady of the Lake Church Parish Center in Lake Oswego, OR from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Theme: Spiritual Warfare.
Fr. Tim Furlow and Dr. Lynne Bissonette-Pitre will help us understand what that really is and how we as the charismatic renewal fit in.
Fr. Tim Furlow
Fr. Tim Furlow was born in 1982, went to the University of Steubenville, Steubenville, OH from 2004 to 2007. During those years he was part of the core team of their prayer group. Fr. Tim was Ordained in 2015, he has served as Parochial Vicar at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Portland, then as Administrator and now as Pastor at St. Patrick’s in Portland, OR.
Dr. Lynne Bissonnette-Pitre
Dr. Lynne Bissonnette-Pitre is a psychiatrist, musician, and iconographer. She has lectured nationally, led retreats and has been organizing the Sacred Liturgy Conferences in Southern California since 2013. She currently serves on the Holy Alliance, a ministry which advises the U.S. Catholic Bishops on issues related to mental health, in partnership with the Catholic Medical Association. She teaches classes on sacred scripture, iconography, and Gregorian Chant and is a Dame Grand Cross of the Knights and Dames of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem.
