Join us in the Upper Room of the Old Madeline Catholic Church to be reinvigorated by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
Theme: “Encountering Jesus through the Power of the Holy Spirit”
We invite all who are interested in learning more about the Holy Spirit and how the Spirit leads us to Jesus Christ. It is time for us to reemphasize the significance of role the Holy Spirit plays in our lives.
The WOCCR Team is really looking forward to this Day of Renewal. Our goal is to help the participants attain a deeper relationship with Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit. The program is based on viewing a series of five of Fr. Dave Pivonka’s videos on the Holy Spirit. After each of these video’s we will have short study sheets and small discussion groups.
Please view this video by Fr. Dave Pivonka that describes why living a life in the Spirit is so important.
There will also be time to talk to others about what you’ve learned and a time to network/visit together. Fr. Chuck Wood, our Archdiocesan Liaison and Pastor of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Portland, OR, will be our moderator.
Are you in need of renewing the significance of the Holy Spirit in your life? Drawing closer to Jesus? If so, please join us at this Day of Renewal.
