Please Save the Date(s) because this year is going to be very busy. In addition to two WOCCR events there are a number of other organizations who are planning events. This update focuses on a Area Wide Prayer Meeting, a Day with Bishop Peter and a Healing Mass.
Theme: A CALL TO HOLINESS. This is our theme throughout the summer. We are offering: a Day of Renewal; an Areawide Prayer meeting; and a Healing Mass. Fr. Theo Lange will be our presenter for the Day of Renewal. He will be talking about Parish Evangelization of youth and young adults, Parish Renewal, and Spiritual Warfare. How can we make our parishes more vibrant, active, and encourage our youth. Fr Chuck Wood will be our moderator. We invite you to attend one or all of these sessions.

This news update covers a number of different topics: Area Wide Prayer Meeting; newly revised and updated WOCCR.org website; Healing the Whole Person event; Advent Day of Retreat; and Planning for future events.
Newsletter: There will be a Healing Mass at Holy Trinity Parish (13715 SW Walker Rd, Beaverton, OR) with Bishop Peter Smith celebrating. It will be on Saturday, July 29, from 10 am – 1 pm. So, there will be plenty of time for personal prayer. In addition, there will be an Area Wide Prayer Meetingwith lots of Praise and Worship music, some testimonies, prophecies (God Willing), and Ministry. Christ the King Parish (7414 SE Michael Dr, Milwaukie, OR) will be hosting us on Saturday, September 30, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
